We believe that you should be able to enjoy your pictures how you want to. That is why Elements by Caroline Photography is happy to use a Creative Commons license for all of our photography.

The license we have chosen is the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0.

What does this mean for you?

Essentially you can do anything non-commercial with your images, including share them, print them, post them online, burn new DVDs, etc. as long as you give the same rights to others and attribute the images to Elements by Caroline Photography.

We believe this strikes a good balance between our needs to protect our images and be recognized for our work, and the needs you have to enjoy your images

If your photos were taken before this change, you may use them under the copyright statement on your CD, or under this Creative Commons license.

Your proofs will be delivered on a DVD, which may contain third party software. Any third party software is under its own license. Please view the DVD's Readme.txt or Copyright.txt file for software copyright details (if applicable).
